Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle Global Release Dates & Middle East Premiere

The highly anticipated first film of the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" trilogy, adapting the final arc of the popular manga, is set to hit global cinemas. Crunchyroll, in collaboration with Sony Pictures Entertainment, has officially announced the international release schedule.

The film will premiere globally starting in August 2025, with the Middle Eastern release set for September 11, 2025. It will be available in Japanese with Arabic subtitles and will also be released in premium formats, including IMAX.

• September 18: Moldova.
• September 25: Germany, Austria, Switzerland (German-speaking regions).

In Japan, the film is scheduled to be released on July 18, 2025.

Film Production Details

Directed by Haruo Sotozaki and produced by ufotable, the trilogy maintains its high production value. Akira Matsushima is in charge of animation direction and character design, while Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina return as the composers to deliver an exceptional soundtrack.

Official Story Synopsis

The film follows Tanjiro Kamado, a young demon slayer who joined the Demon Slayer Corps after his sister, Nezuko, was transformed into a demon. Throughout his journey, Tanjiro has fought alongside Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, as well as the elite Hashira swordsmen, including Kyojuro Rengoku, Tengen Uzui, and Muichiro Tokito.

As the Demon Slayer Corps undergo intense training in preparation for the final battle, the powerful demon lord Muzan Kibutsuji suddenly appears. Tanjiro and his allies find themselves trapped inside Infinity Castle, setting the stage for the ultimate showdown between humans and demons.
