Fans of Attack on Titan received exciting news during the sold-out premiere of Attack on Titan – The Official Concert – Beyond the Walls World Tour in Los Angeles. Held on April 12, 2025, at the famous Dolby Theatre, the concert not only celebrated the anime’s iconic soundtrack but also teased new anime films and future collaborations tied to the beloved series.
The live performance featured an emotional orchestral presentation of 22 unforgettable tracks composed by Hiroyuki Sawano and Kohta Yamamoto, including fan favorites like “Ashes on the Fire” and “ətˈæk 0N tάɪtn <WMId>.” These were brought to life by talented Los Angeles-based musicians and singers, while scenes from the anime were projected on a large screen for a full cinematic experience.
The biggest surprise of the night came when producer Tetsuya Kinoshita took the stage. Speaking warmly about his time studying film in the U.S., Kinoshita reflected on the journey behind the anime’s production. More importantly, he shared a major reveal: “We plan to continue creating films like LAST ATTACK, concerts like this one, and various game collaborations moving forward.”
This confirmed that Attack on Titan fans have a lot more to look forward to.
What is Attack on Titan: THE LAST ATTACK?
THE LAST ATTACK is a film that compiles the Final Chapters specials with improved visuals and full 5.1 surround sound. A surprise post-credit scene was added, based on the fun spin-off Attack on School Castes, showing the creators’ dedication to long-time fans.
Studio MAPPA, which has animated the series since Season 4, handled the production. The film was directed by Yuichiro Hayashi, with Hiroshi Seko on series composition and Tomohiro Kishi as the character designer. All major voice actors returned, including:
A Global Celebration: The World Tour Continues
The Beyond the Walls World Tour is the first Attack on Titan concert to go international. It’s produced by Pony Canyon Music Publishing in partnership with The Wild Faery Company. The tour will visit over 25 cities worldwide, including:
