Blizzard Unveils Its First External IP Crossover with Berserk

Blizzard is introducing its first-ever external IP crossover event for Diablo 4, and it's nothing short of legendary. And with whom is it collaborating? Timeless dark fantasy manga Berserk. There is much for both Diablo 4 and Berserk fans to be excited about since the crossover event is shaping up to be an unforgettable blend of brutal fantasy, legendary characters, and nightmare-inducing bosses.

The Mystery Crossover Event

The mystery crossover event was hyped up by Blizzard through an animated clip promoting a Diablo 4 Barbarian bearing the infamous "Brand of Sacrifice" and wielding Berserk's signature Berserker armor. The Barbarian is also wielding the massive Dragonslayer sword, another signature sword for Berserk. The teaser itself did not mention Diablo 4, though it did contain information referencing both iOS as well as Android, suggesting Diablo Immortal would be a part of the event as well.

Blizzard has not said much so far, including dates, as well as the size of the crossover. There is one thing for sure, though, for Diablo 4 players hoping for new content for Season 8: it is going to be a big one.
